These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the Arbitration Agreement below, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, for disputes that are not subject to arbitration.
